In this now famous art experiment, Luc Tuymans paints a picture on an Antwerp street and public reaction or indifference to the work is gauged.

Tuymans is seen painting round about the 5 minute mark in the video. There’s then a fascinating section of time lapse where the passing public’s reaction to the art is measured.

How many passers-by will stop, how many will even notice?
