Go on touch it. It’s concrete!
Artist Cagney King talks us through a recent show. She expresses something many artists must experience; the sheer joy or seeing the work on display, rather than piled up in a studio.
It’s great to hear from an artist so keen to get people so directly involved with her art to the extent of breaking that old taboo of not touching the art.

I’m so thrilled to have my show video included on this very cool site! The work and process that went into testing and researching the various mixes of media and especially the concrete was long and frustrating, but I believe it is starting to pay off! I love sharing art up close and personal with people so that we can all be involved in the process. Anyone that comes to my studio knows that they can go ahead…and touch it! It’s concrete!
…and carpet glue, and eggshells, and sand, and wall paste, and…
Great work and video, i love it, the colors, athmospher and all!
